• How do I pay for my order online? 
  • A recommended safe option for online payment is via PayPal. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you can easily create one. More details on how to use PayPal can be found via the following link: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/what-is-paypal
  • I don’t have a PayPal account, how do I pay for my order offline?
  • You can pay for your items via Bank Transfer to our bank account. The account details for payment:

  • When will I be charged?
  • Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer. If you are paying via Bank Transfer, your shopping basket is put on hold until payment is received.
  • How do I use a promotional code?
  • Please enter your promotion code in the box when you are checking out. The applicable discounts will then be applied and deducted from the total due.
  • My promotional code does not work.
  • Our promotion codes all have strict rules, and some products can be excluded. Please check the terms and conditions of the code.
  • I forgot to apply my promotional code.
  • Sorry, but we cannot add discounts to orders once the order is confirmed.


  • Standard Delivery Price – £3.50
  • For all Royal Mail orders we cannot give an exact date or time for delivery as the parcel will be delivered within the approximate 1 – 3 days (unless stated otherwise) that we advise from the dispatch date. No orders are delivered on UK bank holidays. All delivery dates should be estimated from the date the order is dispatched which is usually approximately 1 – 3 days from this date. You must allow at least 48 hours for pick and pack before dispatch.
  • Next Day Delivery – £5.00
  • To guarantee next delivery, orders must be made before 1pm.
  • Free Delivery – for orders over £60
  • You qualify for a free delivery when the order value of your shopping basket is over £60 at checkout. 
  • International Delivery
  • This depends on the weight of the order. Please contact us via the Contact Us form for enquiries concerning international delivery. 


  • Can I cancel my order? 
  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order however unless cancellation takes place before payment has been processed, which is generally within 30 minutes of order placement, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. To cancel your order please contact us via the Contact Us form (including your Order reference number) then return your cancelled order via Royal Mail post.
  • Can I return items?
  • Yes you can return the item(s) as long as the original packaging has not been opened, once opened we cannot accept the item(s) back.
  • How do I return items?
  • You can return items to us via Royal Mail. Items returned by post can take up to 10 working days to reach us once you have posted the parcel. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account.
  • What products are excluded from your refund policy?
  • Cosmetics where the original packaging has been opened. 
  • When do I receive my refund?
  • Once we have received your items in mint condition, your refund will be processed and received within 14 working days. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take several days for the amount to show in your account after we have processed your refund.
